Crystal Lake Police: Teens Arrested for Underage Drinking, Use of Deadly Weapon

Underage Drinking, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon & More

Tyler J. Sharbaugh, 18, 304 Lee Ct., Crystal Lake, was arrested at April 27, and charged with disorderly conduct, illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor, battery- making physical contact and aggravated assault- use of deadly weapon or rifle. Sharbaugh posted $150 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court May 14.

John T. Gorham, 19, 356 First Ct. B, Crystal Lake, was arrested April 27, and charged aggravated assault- use of deadly weapon or rifle, battery- making physical contact, illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct. He posted $150 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court May 14.

Marijuana Possession

Michael A. Scott, 18, 2201 Crystal Circle, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 23, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court June 18.

Anthony J. Basile, 19, 450 Sunset Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 23, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court June 18.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Dylan R. Markese, 18, 196 Marian Pkwy., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 9, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Underage Drinking

James T. Ray, 18, 1039 Waterford Cut, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 11, and charged with illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol of a minor.  He was scheduled to appear in court June 4.

Joseph C. Coriaci, 19, 1340 Knollwood Circle, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 22, and charged with illegal possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor, failure to reduce speed, driver failure to notify of an accident and failure to notify damage to an unattended vehicle. He posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court June 4.

DUI

Daniel C. Cash, 27, 807 Annabelle St., McHenry, was arrested May 17, and charged with driving under influence of alcohol and following too close. He posted 10 percent of a $3,000 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court June 11.

Susan L. Lavertu, 45, 7920 Ridgefield Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 24, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08. She posted 10 percent of a $3,000 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court June 18.

Wanted on Warrant

Kristine B. Hartwig, 32, 1483 Bridgedale Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 19, on an in-state warrant. She was also charged with driving on a suspended license. She is scheduled to appear in court June 18.
