Cary Police Searching for Man Who Robbed Subway

Cary Police are searching for a man who robbed the Subway restaurant at 658 W. Route 14.

Cary Police are searching for a man who robbed the Subway restaurant at 658 W. Route 14 at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, the Northwest Herald reports. The man implied he had a gun and demanded money from the register.

An employee gave the armed robber an undisclosed amount of cash, and he fled on foot. The offender was described as 6 feet tall, approximately 200 pounds, and about 45 to 55 years old. He was wearing black pants, a grey San Jose Sharks jacket, red baseball hat and blue latex gloves. Police believe he could be responsible for similar robberies in Kane County. 

The Subway restaurant is located next to Jewel Food Store.
