Arlington Heights Man Arrested for Planning to Meet Cary Teen

Terrill Thomas, 30, of Arlington Height was arrested Nov. 1, for planning to meet a 16-year-old Cary girl.

Cary Police have arrested an Arlington Heights man who they said arranged to meet a 16-year-old Cary girl last month.

Terrill Thomas, 30, was arrested Friday, Nov. 1, and charged with traveling to meet a minor and indecent solicitation of a child, according to a Cary Police Department news release.

The arrest stemmed from an investigation where Thomas allegedly arranged to drive to Cary to meet the teen on Oct. 19.

"It is possible that Mr. Thomas has other victims in the Chicago area," Acting Police Chief Michael Roth said. "He has been known to drive a black, 2004 Honda Accord."
