William "Bill Boetsch, 72, of Cary; Owner of Boetsch Water Supply

Memorial visitation will take place July 6, 2013, from 9 a.m. and will conclude with a Memorial Service at 10:30 a.m. at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary.

William “Bill” Boetsch, age 74, of Cary, passed away June 26, 2013, at JourneyCare in Barrington.

He was born May 11, 1939, in Elgin, Ill., the son of William N. and Mary Agnes Boetsch.

Bill is survived by his wife Shirley Rochford, whom he married November 26, 1988 in Cary; two children:  Bill (Nancy) Rochford, and Tammy (Mark) Olson; four grandchildren: Sean Rochford, Dana Rochford, Erin Olson and Amber Olson; two brothers,  Gerald (Pat Krenz) Boetsch, Richard Boetsch;  two sisters,  Mary Eileen Boetsch and Barbara (Scott) Tanner.

Besides his parents he’s preceded in death by a brother Dennis Boetsch.

Bill owned and operated Boetsch Water Supply in Crystal Lake.  He was a licensed Water Well Driller and Pump Installer. He was past-president of the Illinois Water Well Association and a member of the National Water Well Association.

He was past-president of the Cary Lions Club and a member of Sts. Peter & Paul church. He loved his constant companion “Penny,” a Bichon.

Memorial visitation will take place July 6, 2013,  from 9 a.m. and will conclude with a Memorial Service at 10:30 a.m. at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary.

In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated to the American Cancer Society, JourneyCare Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis Association or charity of one’s choice.
