Here's what to serve gluten-free guests for the holidays.

The holiday season can be a challenge for people who suffer from celiac disease, an intolerance of gluten proteins that adversely affects digestion.

For people suffering from this increasingly common affliction, most of the good stuff we eat between Thanksgiving and New Years, including stuffing, pie and gravy, is off limits.
