About Matt
Matt is a Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Matt has been training and coaching for over 25 years in various settings. Matt has a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Matt is a member of The National Academy of Sports Medicine, and The National Strength and Conditioning Association and is Certified in Corrective Exercise, Performance Training and Personal Training.
In addition to this Matt is Coach Certified by USA Football, a member of The National Federation of State High School Associations, and The American Sports and Fitness Association.

Matt Harmon is definitely they Lysol of sports injury. Working with him will get rid of 99.9% of all aches and pains; you'll also leave his studio a more humble person. Be prepared to learn more about yourself and the human body when you begin to work with him and his wife, Kellyann. There is one catch though; you have to be willing to work just as much as Matt's willing to train you. No one can make you a better person, except yourself. Matt shows you the way.

Hi Matt,
I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved
