About Dr.Jeff
My practice is based on a paradigm of "health retaining". I believe that there are four things necessary. The first is a positive mental attitude. The second is exercise or perhaps motion is a more exact word. The third is nutrition or more specific, good food (as organic as possible) that promotes health and healing. And the fourth is chiropractic. All four of these are dependent upon the other and when homeostasis is lost between the four, then our bodies are in a state of dis-ease. My practice or 'style' of chiropractic is based on a technique called SOT. For those who are curious, a more full explanation is on my website (drjeff.drjeffmoore.com).
