An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Trent J. Keegan, 18, 1748 Andover Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 9 and charged with one count of battery. Keegan posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19. Rafael Degante, 30, 645 Virginia Rd. 221, Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 2, and charged with one count of domestic battery. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where he was awaiting bond and a court date. Zach J.
