Tina Snow-Willis, 66, died Dec. 23, 2012, with her husband and sons at her side at her home in Trout Valley, Ill. Tina was born on Aug. 9, 1946, in Seoul, Korea to Kijoo and TaeSoon Han. She moved to the United States at the age of 21, where she first resided in St. Paul, Minn. Shortly after, she moved to Trout Valley near Cary, Ill. Tina created her business in 1985, starting out as The Framer’s Shop in Hoffman Estates where she began her career in the art business and developed her talent for designing frames to suit a broad range of styles.
