An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Nicholas A. Holiday, 21, 110 S. Virginia St. Room 201, Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 15, and charged with residential burglary and theft. Police said Holiday stole an air compressor from an open garage located in 600 block of Leonard Parkway. Holiday was transported to the McHenry County Jail, where he was awaiting bond and a court date. Jonathan R. Vargas, 22, 402 Northlake Rd., Lakemoor, was arrested Feb. 5, and charged with theft under $500, unauthorized use of a state registration certificate and operating an uninsured motor …
