Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Nicholas J. Delorenzo, 21, 5321 Shore Dr., McHenry, was arrested March 16, and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating compounds, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court May 14. Brian C. Voiss, 24, 85 E. Terra Cotta Ave. 2F, Crystal Lake, was arrested March 19, and charged with possession of 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on an in-state warrant.
