Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Michael A. Reimann, 19, 4221 Wildwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 25, and charged with reckless driving and possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. Reimann was released on bond. He was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 21. Rebecca M.C. Breakfield, 22, 704 Area St., McHenry, was arrested Feb. 11, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Carol A. Ortiz, 21, 2309 Evergreen Ave., Fox River Grove, was arrested Feb. 11, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams …
