Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Jessica A. Destefano-Honer, 20, 532 Nunda Tr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 24, and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor, improper turn at an intersection, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on a notice to appear in court on March 14. William J. Roy, 20, 5227 Betsy, McHenry, was arrested March 2, and charged with illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis.
