An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Katharine M. Mascheri, 26, 6714 Hunters Path, Cary, was arrested Dec. 17, and charged with one count endangering the life/ health of a child. Police said Mascheri left her infant child alone and unattended in her vehicle for approximately 45 minutes while she went shopping at a business located in the 6100 block of Route 14. Mascheri posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond, and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Shara C. Allen, 33, 17 Oxford Dr. 14, Carpentersville, was arrested Dec. 18, and charged with one count of retail theft, …
