Note: The following information was obtained from the Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is ony accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Three family members were arrested at their home and charged with various offenses on Jan. 24. John J. Gaughan, 47, 980 Waterford Cut, Crystal Lake, was arrested and charged with one count of possesion of a firearm with a Firearm Owners Identification Card and one count illegal possession of ammunition/ FOID. Gaughan posted 10 percent of $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19. Darlene M. Gaughan, 46, of the same address, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. She …
