The Illinois Primary is over. Voters made it clear that they want Mitt Romney to be the Republican nominee in the general presidential election in November. According to the Huffington Post, Romney won the Illinois Republican primary Tuesday night, claiming a majority of the state's delegates and moving closer to his party's nomination. Cary residents have granted the village authority to bundle — or aggregate — residential and small retail electric accounts together to buy electricity at a group rate. The “Yes” votes won with 1,181 votes or 54 percent and the “No’s” lost with 866 votes or 46 percent.
