Homer N. Beasley, 77, of Crystal Lake, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at his home. He was born Sept. 14, 1935 in Sheffield, AL, to the late Haywood and Emma Lee (nee King) Beasley. He married Margaret J. Ross on May 29, 1964, in Chicago. Homer served in the Army in Germany and, after his military service, worked as a plumber and went on to own Smith & Associates in Elk Grove Village. Homer enjoyed tinkering with antique cars, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Margaret, survivors include his children, Debbie Lessner, Stan Beasley, Tina (Phil) Stout, and Cathy (Fred) Sanderson; grandchildren, Tyler and Amber Beasley, Lance and Troy Stout, Freddy Sanderson; and brother, Jimmy (Cheryl) Beasley…
