Even Bo wants to get in on the fun of an Easter egg hunt on the South Lawn.
Follow Bo, the youngest member of the Obama family, in his 2013 official White House Easter Egg hunt video, posted on YouTube. The 135th annual White House Easter Egg Roll will take place on April 1. More than 35,000 people are expected to join the Obamas on the South Lawn for games, stories, and the traditional egg roll, according to http://www.whitehouse.gov/EasterEggRoll. Enjoy!

Sunny skies, lots of colorful eggs and a big, furry Bunny provided Easter fun.
About 300 children armed with baskets, plastic bags and buckets turned out to the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Lippold Park in Crystal Lake on Saturday morning. The egg hunt, hosted by the Crystal Lake Park District and the Crystal Lake Jaycees, has become an Easter-time tradition for the community. The event was held on the older soccer fields at Lippold where four different areas - separated by age categories - were packed with eggs. The Easter Bunny took time out of his busy schedule to stop by the hunt as did newly crowned Miss Crystal Lake, Heather Tremblay, and Little Miss Photogenic Ainsley. Area communities will be hosting egg hunts and other events in the days leading up to Easter.
9 to 11 a.m.: The Easter Bunny will start his day at Park Place for the Crystal Lake Park District's Breakfast with the Bunny. A traditional Easter breakfast will be served and there will be goody bags for children and a visit from the Easter Bunny. There will be no assigned seating, all children must be accompanied by an adult and advance registration is required.
