An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Kevin M. Jamnik, 42, 804 Windsor Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with domestic battery/physical contact, interferring with a domestic violence report and resisting a police officer. Police said Jamnik was involved in a dispute with a female family member in his home. The battery was of a "provoking nature" and did not cause injury, police said.
