False Report Kathleen M. Cox, 49, 373 Terra Cotta Ave. 1, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 17, and charged with one count of disorderly conduct/ false report to 911. Cox was released and awaiting a bond and court date. DUI Douglas J. Sharley, 29, 20 Green Oaks Rd. 105, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 22, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Sharley posted $100 and his drivers license for bond, and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Mark N. Madigan, 45, 2451 W. Foster, Chicago, was arrested Nov. 22, and …
