An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. James E. Grant, 35, 4915 Tile Line Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 2, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of driving on a revoked drivers license and one count operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Grant posted $300 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court March 12. David L. Mirenic, 47, 586 Somerset Ln. 4, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 29, and charged with driving under the influence of drugs. He was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19. Heather R.
