Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Bradley T. Nolan, 26, 1414 Kaskaskia Ave., Elgin, was arrested Feb. 15, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, speeding, and illegal possession/ transportation of liquor by a driver. Nolan posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court March 19. Matthew M. Collins, 31, 18559 W. Old Plank Rd., Grayslake, was arrested Feb. 16, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, possession of drug paraphernalia, …
