Drug Possession Charles D. Gaard, 27, 177 Ellsworth-2, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 8, and charged with one count manufacturing/ delivering between 10-30 grams cannabis, one count possession between 10 to 30 grams cannabis and one count possession of drug paraphernalia. Gaard was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office where he was awaiting bond and a court date. DUI Obel Rodas, 42, 929 Abbington Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 11, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count DUI with blood alcohol level …
