Beamis, 17, 411 Parkway Dr., Cary, was arrested Oct. 7, and charged with two counts of battery/ causing bodily harm. Roseanne E. Mossman, 47, 259 S. Spring St., Cary, was arrested Oct. 12, and charged with one count of battery/ making physical contact. Christopher K. Peck, 23, 208 W.
