Domestic Battery Nathaniel A. Spiers, 18, 355 Galway, Cary, was arrested Sept. 2, and charged with two counts domestic battery/ bodily harm and one count domestic battery/physical contact. Police said the charges stemmed from a domestic dispute between Spiers and his father at the family's residence. Only the son, Nathaniel, was charged. Michael R. Chiko, 57, 275 Hillhurst, Cary, was arrested Sept. 25, and charged with two counts of domestic battery/ bodily harm with a prior, one count of domestic battery/ bodily harm, and one count domestic battery/ physical …
