Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police reports. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Hit and Run Ivan M. Urbina, 40, 254 Crystal Street 1, Cary, was arrested Oct. 25, and charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage, one count of failure to give information/ render aid, and one count failure to reduce speed. Urbina posted 10 percent of the $1,500 bond and was released. Urbina was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 20. Manufacturing/ Delivery of Marijuana John A. Gaida, 18, 105 Crystal Lake A, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 26, and charged with one count of manufacturing/ delivery between 30 to 500 grams…
