District 155 Placed on AP District Honor Roll
District has seen increase in number of students taking advanced placement coursework, which eventually saves students and their families money on college tuition.
Community High School District 155 is one of 539 schools districts in the United States and Canada earning the honor of being named to the 3rd Annual AP District Honor Roll. The College Board selects school districts that expand students' access to Advanced Placement courses while at the same time increasing the percentage of students earning scores of 3 or higher on AP (Advanced Placement) exams, according to District 155. Since 2010, the number of District 155 students participating in AP courses has risen by 154 participants. At the same time, District 155 has maintained the high percentage (86%) of students earning AP Exam scores of 3 or higher, according to District 155.
