Neurotrauma Day Treatment Program

The Neurotrauma Day Treatment Program is part of the Centegra Health System, located on the lower level of the Coventry Corporate Center. It works with patients who have had neurological impairments, and seeks to rehabilitate on an outpatient basis. Patients must be referred; most insurance plans, including Medicare, are accepted.
