Fair trade coffee, roasted on site by wonderful people - it doesn't get any better than this! We held a "Coffee 101" class for our group and learned more about coffee than I thought possible - everything from where the coffee comes from, who grew it (!), how to roast the beans, and the different ways to brew a cup.

They have the best coffee and an awesome staff. Am having to make do when I travel and have to go to one of those national chains - you know, the one with the green mermaid on it?! Used to live for that stuff, but since being a customer of CC, have found their coffee drinks to be far superior than any other place. The staff at CC is fantastic! Always with a smile and delivering true artistry when they make my latte! You have to try the caramel latte over ice! Wonderful way to keep cool in the coming summer months.
