Chris' Coachhouse is the place to get comfort food -- steaks, chops, ribs, chicken and dumplings and macaroni and cheese. There is also a salad bar, and the Friday special is fried fish. They also offer fine cocktails. The most exotic dish on the menu is frog legs. You can rent the place out for book club meetings, birthday parties and other group events. Built in 1912, restaurant is located in an old dairy barn. About a half century ago the local Lions Club converted it into a meeting hall, a place to have "corn boils" and later became a pizzeria. It has been Chris' Coachhouse for about 30 years.
