From their facilities at Lions Park, the Cary Park District Pre-School provides classes for kids ages three to five. Programs range from two to three days per week and are generally half-days. Classes here are generally small, with between 10 and 20 students.

Programs start at a monthly fee of $125 for Cary residents and $188 for non-residents and go up to $175 for residents and $263 for non residents. The school year starts on the first Tuesday after Labor Day and ends in late May, before Memorial Day weekend. The facility has six teachers who are all qualified in early childhood development.

Lions Park offers a fun-packed location for kids, with multiple playgrounds and shade-covered fields for playing and exploration.
