Crystal Lake Police release reports for Nov. 19 to Dec. 17, 2012.

DUIs

Bradly M. Heckman, 24, 190 Briarwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 12, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count DUI/ blood alcohol content of .08. Heckman posted 10 percent of a $3,000 bond and was released. Heckman was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Jennifer E. Korzeniowski, 22, 1980 Quail Ct., Woodstock, was arrested Nov. 22, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of DUI/ blood alcohol content of .08. Korzeniowski was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Glen A. Filas, 56, 4913 Daniel Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 22, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count DUI/ blood alcohol content of .08. Filas posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

James M. Sayler, 33, 9930 Cummings St., Harvard, was arrested Nov. 27, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of failure to reduce speed. Sayler posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Miguel A. Mendoza, 47, 33 Pomeroy St. 2, Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 2, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count DUI with blood alcohol content of .08, one count illegal possession/ transportation of liquor by a driver, one count improper lane use, and one count operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Mendoza posted $100 and his drivers license for bond, and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 15.

Kaylee N. Dunivan, 21, 8310 E. Coral Rd., Union, was arrested Dec. 2, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, one count DUI with a blood alcohol content of .08, one count possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams marijuana, one count possession of drug paraphernalia, one count illegal possession/ transportation of liquor by a driver, speeding and improper lane use. Dunivan posted 10 percent of $4,500 and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 15.

Whitney R. Hayes, 26, 6302 Robin Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 4, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of DUI with blood alcohol content of .08, leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage and improper turn at an intersection. Hayes posted 10 percent of a $3,000 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 15.

Brett D. Novakowski, 27, 1566 Glacier Circle, Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 8, was arrested Dec. 8, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, one count failure to reduce speed and one count failure to give information/ render aid. Novakowski posted $100 and his drivers license for bond, and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8.

Ryan P. Wurst, 28, 138 Pueblo Rd., Carpentersville, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count resisting/ obstructing a peace officer, and improper lane use. Wurst posted 10 percent of $2,500 and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8.

Michael A. Neeble, 26, 283 Corrine Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 17, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, one count possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana, one count possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane use, and failure to reduce speed. Neeble posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 1.
