Cary-Grove Chamber Offers Members Promotional Opportunities

Chamber members can take advantage of promotional opportunities at Cary Farmer's Market and Cary Cruise Night.

The Cary Grove Area Chamber of Commerce announced more than 1,000 people visited the Cary Farmers Market on Sunday.

"The market continues to grow as more vendors join, more produce is ready and word spreads about how fantastic our Farmers Market is," said Lynn Caccavallo in a press release.

The Cary Farmer's Market is held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Sunday through September in the Metra Train Station parking lot, near the intersection of West Main Street and High Road.

Promote Your Business- Farmer's Market Shopping Bags

The chamber is offering local businesses an opportunity to promote  products or services for only $20. Business owners can place an advertisement directly in the hands of area residents visiting the market. The chamber plans to distribute 100 free shopping bags to visitors of the July 1st Farmers Market.

"We will be handing out 100 free shopping bags filled with promotional items from our members," Caccavallo said in the press release.

Participating businesses must submit the 100 promotional items to the chamber office, 445 Park Ave., Cary, by Friday, June 22.

Mini Business Expo Openings at Cary Cruise Nights

The chamber also is offering members an opportunity to join the Mini Business Expo at the Cary Cruise Nights.

For a $50 fee per night, business owners can set up a table on West Main Street, where the Cruise Nights are held, and connect with the 500 to 600 people who typically attend the show.

"Last Wednesday kicked off our summer season of Cary Cruise Night with one of our largest crowds ever," Caccavallo said.

Mini business expos are scheduled for Wednesday, June 20, July 18 and Aug. 8 and 22, the press release said. Participants must make reservations for the Mini Business Expo by calling the chamber office at 847-639-2800.
