Wolves Top Gators, Stay Undefeated

Prairie Ridge stays perfect after beating South 41-16.

PR (6-0) started fast, both on defense and offense, getting out in front of South (5-1) 20-0 by halftime.

But South made it a game by stopping the Wolves offense on a three and out to start the second half and scoring the next 10 points, punching in a one-yard touchdown to cut the score to 20-7 and hitting a field goal early in the fourth quarter.

But two turnovers by South deep in their own territory lead to 14 more Prairie Ridge points and the Gators couldn't recover.

Prairie Ridge will next take on another undefeated team next week when they travel to Jacobs (6-0) while South travels to Dundee Crown (0-6).
