Whether you are looking for fitness, fun, self-defense, or simply wanting to try something new, karate’s benefits are endless. ISKC has something to offer beginners and experts alike, regardless of age or background, according to a park district press release.

ISKC is the largest karate club in the nation, conveniently offering classes at more than 74 park districts and community centers throughout Chicagoland.

All classes are taught by ISKC’s expert instructors under the direction of John DiPasquale, a 7th degree black belt and 4-time National Champion, as well as a Karate National Coach and National Faculty Member of American Coaching Effectiveness Program, the release states.

ISKC classes at the Crystal Lake Park District are offered for participants ages 4 through adult. Register online at the Crystal Lake Park District, or telephone Connie Cooke at (815) 459-0680, ext. 213.
