                Dinner & Silent Auction/Raffle at 6:00

Where:    Pinecrest Golf Club, 11220 Algonquin Road,    Huntley, IL  60142

Cost:       $100 per person/$400 per team of four
Includes round of golf, buffet dinner, shot for closest to the pin, and hole-in-one contest for your chance to win a 2012 Mitsubishi
