AKF Martial Arts of Crystal Lake at Hannah Beardsley Middle School

AKF Martial Arts of Crystal Lake will be spending the day at Hannah Beardsley giving all of the students an introduction to the type of Martial Arts we teach at our Academy.  All of the students will get the opportunity to kick, punch, throw people, learn some basic self-defense techniques and maybe even wield a wooden sword!  A number of our black belts will be present to share their knowledge and experience.
