Cary Soccer Association is a non-profit organization affiliated with Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA), working to provide youth soccer programs for girls and boys ages 4 through 18.

The organization is divided into two programs: a travel program for competitive teams and a recreational program for recreational players to learn fundamentals and teamwork.
The organization has numerous teams and also has hosted the annual Sheppard Schleisman Tournament since 1984, which is one of the largest recreation tournaments in Illinois, featuring over 125 teams.
