Cary Soccer Club Seeks Girls for Spring 2012 Season

New soccer club in Cary is looking for girls under 13 and 14 in the Fox Valley.

The Stamford Bridge Cary football club is a youth soccer club located in Cary, which plans to provide competitive soccer to multi-sport athletes within the Fox Valley.

The club is seeking U14 and U13 girls for the 2012 spring season, with plans to play in the Illinois Women's Soccer League north division.

Both teams will have professional coaching at weekly training sessions and practice will be held twice a week.

The coaches have been certified by the United States Soccer Federation.

"We believe that in order to teach something you must understand it." Mark Lewis, soccer club representative said.

Lewis said the ideal players for the new soccer club are already playing recreational soccer and seeking a more challenging environment.

"Our aim is to offer parents and children the opportunity to play travel soccer either in spring, fall or winter, two of the three sessions or a full season," he said.
