There are many key issues still outstanding that will affect the beginning of the school year.  Decisions need to be made on several issues including; length of day, school start times, salary and insurance concessions from the teachers.

The Board of Education must agree to Interest Arbitration before the process can begin.

Because the board holds the power to prevent this forward motion, we are asking the community to contact the district superintendent, Brian Coleman, as well as all members of the Board of Education.

Please encourage the Board to accept the request.

Cary teachers stand ready to make any and all concessions as determined by the arbitrator.

We seek a resolution, to be determined by a fair and impartial third party, prior to the start of school.
