High School Hockey Players Named to All-State Team

Hockey players from Crystal Lake South Gators, Prairie Ridge and CCM Tigers hockey clubs tapped to All-State Team.

 

Three area high school hockey players were named to the boys Illinois High School All-State Team for the 2012-2013 season.

Crystal Lake South senior Jake Bigos, a forward for the Gators Hockey Club, Anthony Casaletto, a Dundee-Crown senior who plays for the CCM Tigers Hockey Club, and Prairie Ridge senior Pat Biewald were selected to particiapte in the All-State game held Monday, Feb. 4.

The Amateur Hockey Association Illinois (AHAI) recently announced the All-State players who were elected by the high school varsity coaches from throughout Illinois.

Both the boys and girls High School All-State games were played at the AHAI Hockey Center located at the Edge Ice Arena in Bensenville. For the past 24 years, AHAI has been conducting a High School All-State game for the boys and girls varsity divisions statewide.
