Four Panel Openings on D-26 Engagement Committee

Have your voice heard and represent the community on the Community Engagement Committee.

The Cary District 26 Board of Education Community Engagement Committee is
currently taking applications for four positions on its community member panel.

All four positions will be seated at the Feb. 21, 2012 Community Engagement Committee meeting.

The committee panel is made up of eight representatives from the Cary
District 26 community who work in conjunction with the three-Board member committee.

The Committee, along with the panel, meets together on the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m.

Community members interested in serving on the panel may fill out an application found on the district’s website www.cary26.org

All applications for the upcoming openings must be returned to Debbie
Bromley, dbromley@cary26.org by Friday Dec. 16, 2011.

Kurt Kaiser, Joann Jazak and Jeff Krause have completed their one-year term.

Timeline:

Panel application deadline: Dec. 16, 2011

Recommendations to the committee: Jan. 17, 2012

Board approval: Jan. 23, 2012

Panel members seated: Feb. 21, 2012
