How to Make Sushi - Culinary Workshop

A portion of the class fee benefits Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief

If you have ever wanted to learn how to make sushi, the Crystal Lake Jaycees have a culinary workshop for you!    Join us in the culinary kitchen of the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park for a hands on workshop where you learn the intimate details on how to make delectable sushi.   We have two (2) workshops available with a limit of 20 students per class.  Sushi Chef/Owner of @Bangkok Thai & Sushi, Sam Phounsavant will teach this hands on class.

Dates: May 15th or May 22nd (max 20 students each class)
Time: 8:30am to 11:30am
Location: Lakeside Legacy Arts Park , 401 Country Club Rd, 60014
Cost:  $50.00* per person, includes all materials and food
Payment Options:  Paypal or Check
Note: Payment must be received within a 3-4 days of registering due to overwhelming demand for this class

*$25 of the class fee will go directly to the American Red Cross in support of disaster relief efforts to help those affected by the earthquake in Japan and tsunami throughout the Pacific.
