D-26 To Discuss Legislative Positions, Five-Year Financial Plan
The policy and finance committees will meet this evening to discuss amended budgets, social networks and five-year financial plan outlook.
The D-26 finance and policy committees will meet this evening for the first time in a little over a month. The policy committees’ main topics to discuss include the Broad of Education legislative positions, transparency audit and social networking/electronic use for D-26 personnel.
The finance committee will listen to a treasure's report and five-year financial plan from T.Ferrier, Director of Finance and Operations. The committee will also discuss proposed reductions for fiscal year 2012, amended budget for fiscal year 2011 and property updates.
Directly after the committee meeting, the Board of Education will have a special meeting to negotiate teacher contracts.

The policy committee will meet at 5:30 p.m and the finance committee will meet at 7 p.m., both located at the Cary Junior High School, on 2109 Crystal Lake road.
