Cary-Grove Trojans Celebrate Homecoming, Share Your Photos

Festivities include pep rally, parades in Fox River Grove and Cary, soccer and football games and student dance.

 

It's homecoming week for students at Cary-Grove High School, 2208 Three Oaks Rd., Cary.

This year's theme is "America," and students have been celebrating all week with special activites, window decorating, athletic contests and dress-up spirit days.

Friday - Pep Rally, Soccer Game

Today, Friday, Oct. 5, the student body will celebrate with "Blue and White Spirit" day, a pep rally, and coronation of the homecoming king and queen.

Later, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., the Trojans boys varsity soccer team will play its homecoming game against visiting Jacobs High School. The varsity poms will perform at the game.

Saturday - Parades, Football Game, Student Dance

Homecoming parades are slated for 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, in Fox River Grove, and at 10 a.m. Saturday in Cary, according to the Cary-Grove High School website.

The Trojans varsity football team will take on the Huntley Red Raiders at 1 p.m. The student dance is scheduled from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday night.
