After the committees' meet, the Board of Education will hold a special meeting to discuss and take action on the fiscal year 2012 , which is prompted by the administration's recommendation of passing these cuts if negotiations between the district and the Cary Education Association (CEA) aren't complete.

However, after the board meets to discuss the reductions, they will immediately go into a closed session to discuss teachers' contracts for the 2011-2012 school year.

The Community Engagement Committee will meet at 6 p.m., followed by the Committee of the Whole meeting at 7:30 p.m. and the Board of Education will meet at 8:30 p.m.

All meetings will be held at the Cary Junior High School, 2109 Crystal Lake Road.
