You can still register at  in Cary from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 12, or on race day at  beginning at 7 a.m.

The Cary Shuffle 5K Run/Walk is a fundraiser for the , a nonprofit organization whose mission is to expand and enrich the quality of education for all  students.

Due to the generosity of individuals and businesses in the area, the  has awarded more than $60,000 in grants, technology, and programs that directly affect  students.
