TEACON Workshop Addresses Country's Economic Future

Participants sat in a hour-long session listening and asking questions during the Turmoil and Opportunity breakout session.

participants were able to ask questions about their economic future at the 'Turmoil and Opportunity' breakout session.

John Ransom, finance editor of Townhall.com, led the hour-long question-and-answer meeting. About 200 people attended.

"This is a time for global economic growth," Jack Bourodjian, CEO of Index Futures Group said. Bourodijan used his time on stage giving history lessons about the economic status of the United States.

Charles butler, a talk show host of AM 560’s “Think About it This Way” responded to a participant question asking why Black people don't challenge President Barack Obama.

Butler said as an African American, he has fought against Obama.  He said he has been challenging the president and said he predicted that President Obama would be a one-term president and has been a weak leader.

The session ended with asking for recommendations of books and websites to utilize to secure an economic future.
