Shipment of 18 Human Heads Stopped by Customs at O'Hare
WGN is reporting that 18 human heads were shipped from Rome and found at O'Hare.
Authorities are holding a shipment of 18 human heads at O'Hare International Airport, WGN reported.
The heads were shipped from Rome and bound for a crematorian facility in the United States, the TV station reported.
The heads, reportedly used for research, were embalmed and packed in coolers. The shipment has been held up in customs because its final destination was not clear on paperwork.

The shipment was stopped after the three coolers were X-rayed, as part of normal procedure, and the heads were seen by customs workers.
