Public Works to Pick Up Storm Damage Debris

Special pick up service is only for selected streets near the lake.

 

The has scheduled a special storm damage debris pickup for this week.

Due to the storm that hit Crystal Lake on Wednesday night, July 18, the public works department will collect tree debris starting Monday, July 23, through Wednesday, July 25, according to the city of Crystal lake.

The department will collect the debris from areas which sustained the greatest amount of damage. Those areas include: Country Club Road to Lake Avenue between Meridian Street and Nash Road.

Residents should move the unwanted debris to the parkway by 7 a.m. on Monday, July 23. Debris must be less than eight feet in length and eight inches in diameter.
